Had tendancies, but it become disordered at around 17 when I started obsessing over something actually real about myself

Its mostly extreme obsessions and catastrophizing things that may or may not be true or over emphasizing tiny concerns in to something gargantuan

Been less severe lately, but still definitely takes its toll mentally.

Its not the type where I go washing my hands for 5 hours.
Its more rumination or needing things to be absolutely perfect otherwise everything just falls apart in my head
