Ocd symptoms in front of my date (NTpill experience)

Frine so I was on a date yesteday for most the day and my ocd started kicking in before we left my house. I had it badly as a child but it comes back from Time to time

So I had to keep checking things in a loop for like 2-3 mins and she was laughing at me then acted super chill and forgot all about it

We went back to my house i told her let’s play bully , we went back out to eat then went back to my place then when I dropped her off she ended up saying she hasn’t had this much fun in forveer

If ur behaviour is defective like me just be fun and mog as much as u can it actually saves

The problem with ocd is you cannot get out of your head, so fun is impossible, I have to perform while constantly monitoring in my head.
