Anyone else here suffer from OCD? It's pure hell, I'm slowly going crazy to it I'm just constantly living inside of my head in loops about the most stupid shit, along with contamination OCD. My hands look like they're 90 years old the amount of times I wash them. It's affected all aspects of my life, I can barely do anything in the real world because I'm just occupied mentally.
