He might get some manslaughter charge but the downside is , you have a family and a bank account you can't ever touch and see those again. 1-3 years in jail is the most he would get, and I personally think he would not get anything as multiple witnesses around him can attest to the fact that the guy was threatening people. And the dude has a long rap sheet, indicating that he meant business. So in the end it can be better to do the time so you can keep the remaining money you earn and see your family.

Time will tell. I can definetly see the jew court room fucking him over, but the DA was waiting for a while till he succumbed to woke public pressure. Otherwise he was not planning to prosecute him anyways.

Some similar case in a different way happened. This guy shot dead some ex boyfriend who was trying to break in his roasties daughters home. As he was in a stand ground state he warned the guy to not break in, the guy broke in anyways. In the end , he shot the dude. The guy went to trial , and was cleared of all charges.

I would say overall its likely he willl get off with Nothing, especially when you consider the fact that the guy was documented by others as being threatening with a gun. Factor in the recent mass shootings, its likely this is al just a " pubic gesture " so that way the protestors don't burn down NYC.

This is a pretty clean cut case imo. Yes technically he cold have used less force, which could be the only thing. But this guy was not some ordinary dude, but a guy with a history of acting like a violent retard. He also had a extensive criminal history.

The system is rigged, but like the Rittenhouse trial, the jury will likely make the logical decision.
