Honestly it sounds like its having a huge impact now especially with the physical problems

I get the ridicule part because id likely be in the same position in how youre feeling, but i dont think you should be dealing with it by yourself if its getting to the point of heart palpitations and struggles with breathing. You said your friends dont talk to you much, but is there anyone else youre able to talk to in person about it if you still arent considering going down the route of a doctor?
