it's really hard to refrain from laughing when you overhear a 45yo-looking 40 yo guy saying he looks 30 max, lmfao

not to mention that mostly just means you look like a boneless lesbian (this specially applies to men in the 20 - 40 age bracket)

women are brutally blackpilled about this since they know age and weight are their worst enemies, but men have borderline schizophrenic perception of how old/youthful they look

Yes, I'm aware of that, and that's often the case, but there are also plenty of situations where people don't say such things out of mere politeness, but really do mean it. I say this as a person who genuinely looks younger than his age and gets told so all the time, often along with genuine astonishment. But I guess you need to experience it yourself to understand it.
