Literally any ethnicity can have these features. You can't categorize individual features as part of a given ethnicity, you need to look at a group of features together to make such a description.

You need more like 10 traits, so you can actually build something that would make you think of a certain phenotype.

Three traits could end up being anything. They could look prettyboy or it could look gross. I guess it would also fit most ethnics too.
