Theres no denying i have some adhd traits like a short attention span but thats more due to my inability to start new things and a hyperfocus on things i like. I got trsted for adhd and it came back negative

I actually noticed this too caffeine is only good for manual labor or repetitive tasks

I used to troll my teachers bcuz i was too smart for them. They resented me bcuz they had no power over me

It depends on the individual. In some people, it improves memory in all areas but in some it worsens it. I think i have a lower tolerance tban most so if i go aboce say 50mg i get sides but for most people they can tolerate up to 300-400
