Off low-dose Adderall, I sometimes get very Empathetic, & emotional, (Pharmacologycels GTFIH)

I am diagnosed with ASD, ADHD, GAD, & MAD

Usually, with Autism its hard for me to naturally empathize with people.

Is this because it raises my baseline dopamine??
