Obviously but both are still manlet in the west, Btw my height system doesn't count barefoot but rather heights that people fraud as a normal barefoot 5'9 guy can easily fraud 5'11 just by wearing normal shoes, however someone who frauds to 5'9 you can tell they're much shorter than they try to appear because of their proportions.
