As some users from lookism might remember, I had started my weight loss journey at about 93kgs (177cm) back in May 2021. Had gone down to 78kgs by October 2021. However, I have seem to have reached an inertia since due to lack of discipline and circumstances like work/ career/ travel coming up. Now, its been nearly a year, and I still oscillate between 78-81kgs and 22-25% body fat. Time to break the pattern. I will be updating every week till the end of this year. My larger plan is to be at 75kgs, 10% body fat before I turn 30 (27 right now). The first milestone of not being a fat fuck was achieved, now its time for the next of reaching an acceptable bf%, incredibly essential for me since I have a small skull and ectomorphic frame so bone structure aka facial bones/ angularity is life/ death for me:
CURRENT WEIGHT: 80.6kgs
ESTIMATED BF%: 24%
GOAL WEIGHT: 65kgs
ESTIMATED BF% AT GOAL WEIGHT: 15%
Plan to get there:
Step-1-Upto 75kgs, with a 1500 calorie diet with 100gm protein, cardio-10-12km, HIIT 500m-2km, Pushups, Pullups, Squats 6x a day
Step-2-Water fast for 2 weeks to get from 75kgs to 71kgs and also fix my gut health
Step-3-Same as step-1 but cardio 5-6km and start strength training as well
