Gain weight brah. Improving your body composition will help your skin too. Having a nice muscle/fat ratio will help all your cells stay healthy. You need to gain some lean mass srsly. Don't even focus on Retin-A or all these chems. Start eating clean, exercising more and doing some heavy weight training and stick with it.
