Don’t pussyfoot around with 200mg, go up to 500mg or 600mg, and throw in 50mg Var ED, why? You’re cycling for 8 weeks, that short a duration effectively eliminates most longterm health ramifications. If you’re going to shut yourself down with Test, you might as well go with the upper end for tolerable doses. Run a solid AI protocol too.

No one should be advising a 8 week cycle of Test. Test E takes 4 weeks to fully saturate. So it's basically a 4 week cycle. Utter fucking useless. You should be extending it as long as possible. 20 weeks, even 24.

Agreed, but his mind seems more or less made up. Also, Test E’s half-life is 4.5 days, meaning at 5 half-lives until saturation, at the beginning of the 3rd week you’re not far off peak serum concentrations— not efficient—but far from useless at 500-600mg.
