good base + height 200mg test will give you fullness better pumps faster recovery. just dont slack on bloods + pct or youre asking for shutdown JFL.

being brutally honest dude your physique is already great there is no need to improve it, unless you wanna end up like ronnie coleman (completely physically fucked) and mess up your mental in the future i would stay natural

Yeah they are pretty much closed, havent grown more than a centimeter the last year.

Don’t pussyfoot around with 200mg, go up to 500mg or 600mg, and throw in 50mg Var ED, why? You’re cycling for 8 weeks, that short a duration effectively eliminates most longterm health ramifications. If you’re going to shut yourself down with Test, you might as well go with the upper end for tolerable doses. Run a solid AI protocol too.
