Honestly make a shake, I had the same thing at first too. I just mixed everything in a shake : liver, raw eggs, some fruits for taste, greek yoghurt and raw heart. Afger a while I got used to all this shit on it’s own and now I can enjoy liver whenever without coping with a shake
