just when I need tretinoin refill soon I find out alldaychemist no longer ships to NZ even though it did 4 months ago. It’s so hard to get anything here, ADHD meds and diagnosis as an adult is not possible, you need a referral to a dermatologist for tretinoin and even then it’s unlikely they’ll prescribe for non acne purposes (yes I’ve tried) and you need a FUCKING PRESCRIPTION TO BUY MELATONIN FOR GODS SAKE. Jesus Christ what is this shit even ADC still ships to Australia and they’ve got strict borders
