Actually 1% of org users are "looksmaxxing" the other ones are probably just lazy or think it is enough to eat less food or doing some exercise. If you don't have a good base leanmaxxing won't do shit, I've seen a fat LTN go to high LTN after being lean. Result? 0 girls.

Even MTNs can't ascend to HTNs without surgeries because base is genetic. For me leanmaxxing didn't improved my looks that much but I am certainly better looking now but guess what? I will never be a HTN.
