If I were to do 1 movement what would it be to maximise tricep growth?
Keep in mind I do 0 pressing in my split.
 
I personally do tricep extensions because I also do dips in my workouts but it’s up to which exercise works the tricep more try both and use one u like

whichever one you like and dont switch it up literally doesnt matter just lift the weights consistently
