IDK but trump announced today that theirs been a secret mission that let 200 tankers get out over the past month. He was larping there was a peace deal the whole time. That's kept a lid on prices.

However, I think the purpose of the announcing is that he is going to end up hitting them hard and it's likely shit spins outta control. Iran's could end up shuting it down if no ones larping there's peace anymore. But the announcement will create a bunch of speculation that us is secretly leading oil tankers out, even if it's no longer occurring(as it was a classified mission). Creating this downward speculation on price I think was his objective knowing that the actual flows will likely end.

Oils been consolidating side ways for 4 months and it's been compressing almost all the time. It's going to have to break out of the structure within a month or so. Considering all the industry professionals are saying world wide reserves will hit zero by OCT-DEC. It's going to lead to real demand/supply pressure if trump cant resolve this quickly.
