Oils for Hair growth?

I was looking for what I can use to grow my eyelashes and I came across this video on YouTube



Though he says it's for a beard I wonder if this combo (if it works) will work for eyelashes as well?

Also can one add coconut oil and castor oil into this? Or does castor oil and peppermint oil cancel each other out?

Also is it better to use oral or topical castor oil, @AscendingHero recommended oral over topical.
