oily hair and problems with choosing right Hair care

My hair gets greasy within 1 day of washing and using conditioner. I used to use conditioner every day and shampoo my hair once a week, sometimes even less often. Now I shampoo every other day and conditioner twice a week. My hair was oily before, but now it becomes oily even faster, like in less than 24 hours. Which conditioner do you reccomend? And shampoo?
Maybe I need to change my hair care routine in general, but I don’t know which one i should choose.
