it all depends on from where the light is coming from dude

top lighting is usually bad for everything except body pics, you want gentle frontal lighting or stronger far away back lighting for ideal facial definition (or natural sun lighting during spring or summer)

You look better in lowlight.
Try holding the camera at a lower angle.
Dont tilt your head down though.
It should make your shoulder look wider and your chest fuller.
