Ok guys, wtf is happening with to head

The past week my head has grown from 27 to over 27.5cm tall using the exact same measurements. And i have no clue why

Every morning i look in the mirror my head looks bigger and bigger.

Has all the new looksmaxxing knowledge forced my brain to grow rapidly? or am i slowly turning in to my profile picture?

Seriously, i have absolutely no clue whats happening
