Ok how the fuck do you measure bideltoid

I thought mine was 15 but i sent a video to this guy and hes saying that I was measure i bichromatic ND I tried again and got 22 inches which im Def not so how to do i do it

it’s easier if someone else does it but just get one of those paper tape measures and measure from the widest point of one shoulder to the other shoulder
