How do I keep the whiteness even if I stop oil pulling? Or is it not possible?

I stopped doing it for 2weeks and my teeth are visibly more yellow

Basically you put an oil (usually coconut oil) into your mouth and just leave it there for 15 minutes or more every day, it eventually whitens the teeth

i did it also for some time. It's legit.
but needs upkeep. I like muh coffee and tea, so teeth gets yellow from that.
