Commisuroplasty looks monstruous to say the least. I had a bimax and I’m longing for a MARPE rn tho. Bimax gave me some gains, hopefully MARPE gives the final retouch

Yeah from what I've seen Commisuroplasty is quite a rare surgery to get, it's rarely offered in most clinics. It makes you think the surgery is experimental, and the surgery is usually used to treat oral mouth tilt rather than mouth width. The clinics that do offer it are questionable as well. I think the only notable surgeon offering it was Dr. Eppley at some point.

Example of a oral tilt case that actually looks not too bad:

The scarring is like lip lift on steroids as well and extremely close to the lips. This is the only interesting mouth width before/after that I could dig up (although the guy got lip lift paired with the Commisuroplasty):

edit: on second note I think this guy's mouth width was unchanged. he literally has the same mouth width just with more lip corners JFL

I'd also like to add there's reports of people with the procedure complaining that they can't ever properly close their mouth again afterwards. However I was talking with another user about this that only had gotten a lip lift done and this exact same problem was happening with him as well.
