all I did was made my lower eyelid straighter and increased Ramus length on the front pic. Side pic I moved my chin a little forward and added some models side profile jawline.

what procedures could make me achieve this?

As far as I know a good eye cream can help my lower eye lids

He has a short ramus and CCW would not fix that, he needs either jaw implants or a side wing osteotomy.

He would also need BiMax with linear advancement and lower eyelid retraction surgery to achieve the look in the morph.

You need a combination between high osteoblastic acitivity, high growth hormones, high androgen receptor modulation and a few minot things. There are millions of possibilities depending on your risk aversion, money, health and results, I tried plenty, what do u want buddy?
