However those “some girls” are very very rare and even those will probably prefer a white guy with low T in the face who has wide + round western eyes, because they look more child/baby like.

Yes youthful looking women are prefered for most men, because evolutionary it signals fertility and high chance of healthy offspring.

While most women prefer tall, strong, muscular, alpha looking men that can protect them and their offspring.
