its not a long face its a long midface mb for not specifying. Worst case scenario i still get to htn, its just that 0.09 midface ratio pushes me to low cl or back to htn hell

Wouldn't technically shorten the face, could make the illusion that there was a vertical shortening but it wouldn't be really noticeable
