I have a big broken nose, ugly skin, i’m too skinny

For the skin I will change my diet and instaure a skincare routine. And for my body I will go gym.
For my nos I don’t know, maybe do a surgery later but I’m uncomfortable with that

Broken nose isn't the worst thing ever. You can get a rhino and people won't question you (which is honestly the worst part of getting rhino)
