MY QUESTION: So does it shrink my brain or not? One study says that its good for the brain, the other one says its bad for the brain

regardless of studies, I have a 13 year experience with it and I can tell you it does reduce cognitive function, makes you more apathic and less obsessive

It's not always that bad though, some people need that to not get crazy, but ideally that's not optimal for brain function

that's why I will ditch this med, with a looooooooooooooooooong withdrawal

I want to recover my focus

Daridorexant works so good for me
