I wish I knew it was ok to approach other guys in public instead of thinking I could only meet on Grindr/tindr. I didnt make my first cold approach until 27, about 6 months ago. It works enough of the time that I'm almost addicted to it. Made a lot of platonic friends this way too. I rly used to think this will get you attacked but 85-90% of the time they just take the compliment nicely, say they're not gay but are still friendly. And 5-10% of the time, it works..................
1-2% nasty reactions but nothing I couldn't handle or de escalate easily.

I rly wish I learned this behavior in college. SO many high quality missed connections.
