Imagine thinking he wasnt natty. He was just lean as fuck. Slightly better body than the brad pitt in fight club tbh
I never get when people think being lean automatically makes you non natural. Sounds like a lazy mans cope

cheers man. someone with braincells on here for once. the majority are too lazy to do whatever it takes to reach their goals. and that same majority get upset seeing others succeed.

Took shit personally huh? You look great man, I just don’t want people to look at you and think that that is what 8% body fat looks like, because it’s not.

During cut for summer and during summer (to maintain.. lots of drinking etc / pubs/ restaurants)
6 weight sessions per week
Cardio everyday
~2 hour sessions
Focusing on hypertrophy and some strength

Bro your post is inspiring as fuck!
Im 100% determined to get to that level of leanness no matter what it takes. Im always impressed by people who actually manage to do it. I wanna know everything about what they did and stuff. What they say on the topic is more important than people who speculate.

So far ive lost about 8 kilos since summer while still gaining a bit of strength on my lifts. I went from around 23% bodyfat to 16%ish
Not gonna stop until i get shredded like you
I might need to cut another 200 cals per day to get to that level tbh, we will see.

appreciate it. but i’ve got a lot of knowledge around this shit and i’m not sure how much you have. not going to bother arguing anymore as it doesn’t achieve anything.

Thanks bro I'm currently doing the same thing more or less
Were you exercising your abs as well?

You’re just starved though. You don’t have size, so you may not have as much knowledge as you think you do.

i trained abs a lot when i was younger, keep in mind i got very lucky with my insertions. i don’t train abs anymore as im happy with their size, they get enough indirect work, anymore isolated training would give me a thick waist

How do you avoid that mistake then. Diet breaks?
Also did you ever bulk or lean bulk?

Cutting over a longer period of time is optimal. i give myself ~2 months but it’ll vary from person to person as body fat differs.
I’ve been lean bulking up this winter but finding it hard rn cus i don’t have access to a proper gym.

Why are you guys so sensitive? It’s not like I was lying. 1 year of training is still a noob, not an expert.

Dude, time doesn't determine if your opinions hold more weight lmao. Jeff Nippard has trained for 12 years and still has unoptimal opinions on training, diet etc.

When I want relationship advice I will take it from people that have been married for 30+ years and still fuck. I am not going to take it from a couple that’s been married for barely 6 months.

Makes sense?

You're acting like we make up our own advice? We listen to people who have been training for years and years, people with good physiques etc etc and make objective decisions with what works for myself and @lejend.

I absolutely agree, but he claimed that he had “a lot of knowledge”, which is inaccurate because to fully understand bodybuilding you have to go through all the stages and experience them yourself. Noobie then intermediate and then advanced.
