u arent supposed to be a cortisol-spiking mouthbreathing hothead by age 55. that only happens after a lifetime of shit food, rotting, and drug abuse. old people in nature were still able, and when they died they just laid down and passed they didnt scream and shit for years like these new geriatrics do.
