Old version of me in girls heads?

I am in a friend group of about 20 to 30 people and it’s half boy half girl and I grew up attractive in like seventh eighth grade, but then got really skinny and bloated and ugly ninth and 10th grade and that’s what I really got incorporated in this group and I was still tall so I could slay like whores at parties and then the girls in this group would find out and they like didn’t like me I have some issues with the girls in the group relationship wise

And then junior year I really try to work on myself and I look a lot better and stopped having sex with random girls and it’s very easy for me to get girls outside of this group in like cold approach woman

The girls in this group like me a lot as a friend now , but it’s hard to be intimate and, romantic with them

This new girl got added into the group and after a while she started texting me and I slayed But she wasn’t in the group when I was ugly
( also no one knows we kept it a secret so that’s not a problem with the other girls in the group)

Is my past looks like a real problem or is this cope?
