They forced me to explain why I am always rotting and went on an unc rant on how I’m losing brain power and I’m becoming depressed. I’d imagine that if I roped they would say it’s bc of my phone. I fucking hate them for bothering me.

If you are rotting, don't make it seem so to your family. They'll stop giving a shit as you approach your thirties, so you wont have to keep up pretenses forever.
