What are some things u wish u knew at 18-20

I wish I just gave up on the idea of women earlier and just finished college so that I could at least have a good life. Instead I become a terrified unmotivated loser who went in and out of being NEET, got progressively more terrified of people to the point where being around women made me feel like crying, and set myself back a longg time
