Aside from appearance, I feel like energy-wise and mentality-wise I stopped aging at early 20's. I've belonged already to 5 or so social circles that I witnessed being born, being super active, and slowly wither away due to being slowly disbanded or its members starting to behave "older" and like they lost all their energy. Its always the same, starts with people all upbeat energetic and wanting to do plans. Over the time, a general "tiredness" starts to grab a hold of them until they start to behave like some old grandpas unable to lift their asses from the couch. I also watched people younger than me act less age than me, and "age" over the years until they were generic settled down parent tired husk. I remember specially some guy that was the "life of party" type of guy. I met him some years later and took him to party and the guy didnt last 2 hours before being exhausted, it felt shocking and weird. It applies to other things too.
It's a kinda weird feeling, seeing people come and go almost in "cycles" or generations while you stay frozen in a certain mindset and level of energy. I've also seen people start looking like college kids and end looking older than me. As I said feels like those movies about immortal characters that watch other characters appear, do their lives and go after changing in a very rapid pace in the eyes of the main character.
I dunno if this is good or bad. I like this feeling but I don't know if it will be heavily dependant on my perceived/biological age, and maybe if I start visibly aging it will fuck me over or something.
