If that means they oversized the shirt. You are right. That is number #1 problem with ordering shirts online. I wear a large with normal shirts, because my shoulders and upper arms require a large. With tanktops mediums fit me better, but on the tight side in the chest. I ordered this tank top medium, and it is still too big. Hopefully it will shrink after I wash it.
