i have almost a year of experience with OMAD and losing weight, it works best for me. My one meal is usually a healthy meal that could provide sustenance for the entire 24 hours, so far ive lost some weight yet i dont feel much better, my day to day life has had quite a hit, im more tired, less willing to workout and i feel as if bedrotting is the way to go. Is this only because of eating or is it also possibly from what i eat
