OMAD & Fasted Exercise?

I started to get into lifting weights around a month ago. However, I'm at a 22%ish bodyfat.
I want to lean out quickly and minimize my muscle loses.
Does OMAD work for this?
A nd is exercising without eating anything hurting my gains?
 
Just eat slightly below maintenance while intermittent fasting

dont lift completely depleted cuz u wont be able to do enoug hvolume / intensity to maintain growth

60 days to lose 20 pounds is reasonable?
 
Don't do any of these. Watch Dr Mike videos he debunks both of these
