you actually age more when you eat, as every food contains amounts of advanced glycation end products, which bind to skin and collagen

consuming high amounts of linoleic acid can age you aswell, if you get sun alot, because linoleic acid gets stored in your tissues, and oxidize easily under uv radiation, which is bad for wrinkles, and sun burns

Thanks for the info like frl.

I think I'll go full omad when im a bit older tho since I dont mind aging at the moment. (Maybe in my 60s or 70s?)

Also spikes your insulin less times during the day, which will cause growth factors and hence make you grow older

Plus you mildly stress your digestive system when eating contributing to more aging (altho less of an issue on primal)
