OMAD or normal 16/8 fasting?

I looked it up and saw that OMAD leads to better weight loss outcomes but it may be bad for performance and brain function.
Normal 16/8 fasting seems like the better option but i can't be arsed to cook and count 2 times a day tbh.
Is eating one meal a day as bad as they make it out to be? In your opinion of course

its all about caloric intake, not how many portions of food you are consuming daily

2 day fast, its hard as fuck but doing a 48 hour fast will you super lean

Combine with steroid use and you will be full of veins and a chiseled jawline
