I looked it up and saw that OMAD leads to better weight loss outcomes but it may be bad for performance and brain function.
Normal 16/8 fasting seems like the better option but i can't be arsed to cook and count 2 times a day tbh.
Is eating one meal a day as bad as they make it out to be? In your opinion of course
