With ashwagandha my Test increasing 100 ng/dl after a month with baseline 612 ng/dl ---> 734 ng/dl

I added omega 3 FA and cod liver oil in between tested the same after a month my test was ----> 823 ng/dl

My baseline is 612 ng/dl
I did add resistance training sprinting and daily sunlight /vit d 3000 IU too

My dick is hard like a rock every morning give me a girl and I will fuck like crazy
