For skin? Maintain a good diet, encorporate a good skincare routine (cleanser -> moisturiser, exfoliate once a week), look into topical ghk-cu creams. If you REALLY want to go into it, look into trifarotene.

GHK-CU isn't really for acne, it's for anti-aging. But it'll make your skin feel amazing. Also, the younger you start anti-aging, the better.

Make sure to have a good moisterisuer after using benzyol peroxide. It's very drying.
I always use hyaluronic acid after benzyol peroxide.
