if you are in good health just 2-3g or EPA / DHA . if u have depression it can be 4-8g per day.

keep it the fridge too as it will denature in room temperature

in general people with the highest omega 3 index live longer, have most gray matter, lowest risk of cancer and highest testosterone.

Perhaps try flaxseed oil, it's also extremely high in omega 3s and may work better for you. I personally take both.

Remember that supplements usually take time to show effect and the effects can be so gradual that it's hard to notice, especially cognitive benefits. If you have a good quality supplement, I don't recommend dropping it yet unless it's taking a toll on you financially.
