i just went to the doc and found out I don't have 16%bf I have 20% bf omfg its lifefuel but at the same time a curse cause I gotta lose all this weight to unearth the bone mogging potential I have these are my pics rn imagine what i will look like at 12% to 15% omfg , i need a hardcore workout regime i need to lose at least 10-5kg anyone in this site can reccomend me some workouts plz im signing up for a gym membership
