yea, decent potential. if you just hit puberty then htn possible. lower third is lacking but you have chin prominence. just focus on chewing and growing the mandible. most importantly just eat, sleep and stay active. I mean it’s never really “too late” all in all, there’s always something to improve. Don’t get palate expander but herbst MAYBE. you look fine by the way man, don’t want to risk looking ogre. Truthfully I’d say just gymcel, eat lots of protein, take k2,d3 and plenty of calcium, sleep good and by the time you’re 18 you’ll mog most guys.
