I've had a palpitating heart for over 12hrs now its been on and off for about a week, I've had extreme hot flushes and my vision has been going in 0.5 mode on and off where my hands feel huge and like I'm in a dream

None of these symptoms stop me from doing anything and they're actually quite pleasant, the heart palpitations are like a dreamy rollercoaster

I'll be there in 40m, I'm getting a bus
